Fly to Nassau International Airport (NAS). Next fly to Long Island to Deadman's Cay Airport (LGI). Next hire a taxi.

It is also possible to get to Long Island by ferry. For example Bahamas Ferry Services serves routes from capital Nassau island.

Any time of year. Keep in mind that it's rainy in the summer time. Also June to October is the period of hurricanes.
