Da Pink beach

Da Pink is a beach in the south of Cat Island, Bahamas. In fact, this is just the east end of Springfield Bay. Seabed is rocky, so the swimming is not very comfortable. Anyway, this is a great place - with good views and beautiful clear water. Da Pink Chicken is a cheap cafe with delicious food and good drinks. There are no hotels near Da Pink beach. There are several hotels a little to the east. But it's not in a walking distance.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Nassau international airport (NAS). Next make a domestic flight to New Bight airport (TBI) or to Arthur's Town airport (ATC).

When to go [edit]

The best time to travel to Cat Island is a dry season in the winter half of the year. However, the summer is also good. Since sea water is much warmer, and there are no crowds of tourists.
