Filim beach

Filim is a mangrove beach in Oman. There are a lot of mangroves with water channels. So you don't have to visit nearby Muhut Island. As for the swimming, it's almost impossible here. The sea is too shallow with rocky bottom. While swimming in the mangroves is dangerous. Shore and seabed: rocks, sand. [edit]

Fly to Muscat International Airport (MCT) or fly to Salalah International Airport (SLL). Next get by bus or hire a taxi.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Oman is spring and autumn. Summer and winter are also good enough, but sea water is cooler. In winter - because it is winter, and in summer - because there are a lot of clouds in the sky.
