Iliavik beach

Ultimate guide (May 2024)
Iliavik is a popular beach near Tirana in Albania. The sand is almost white, while sea water is clear. So the swimming is very comfortable here. There are no trees, but the place is still scenic. There are several seafood restaurants (delicious and cheap), as well as sunbeds rentals. A lot of garbage in backyards is a real problem. However, everything is quite decent near the water's edge. Road to the beach is very hard. So it is worth to leave your car in the parking lot and just to walk the last mile. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]
