Juara beach

Juara is the only good beach on the east of Tioman island, Malaysia. This is a great spot to see turtles nesting their eggs. In addition, due to the poor transport accessibility, there are usually not so many people like on other Tioman beaches. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

There are several basic hotels near the beach. Rooms' fares are cheap, but the service is rather mediocre in most cases.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Kuala Lumpur international airport (KUL). Next take a bus to Mersing, and follow to Tioman island by Bluewater Express ferry - 2 hours per way.

You should get off at the first stop - near Tekek beach. Next, take 4WD taxi to Juara beach or get by the water taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in Juara of Tioman island is a dry period from April to July.
