Laborie Bay beach
  Ultimate guide (October 2025)
Laborie Bay is a great "local" beach on the Caribbean coast of
Saint Lucia. Locals are friendly and don't try to sell any goods. There are many trees and palms ashore, while entry into the water is smooth and without waves. There are many cheap restaurants in town (no credit cards accepted). The place is almost deserted during the weekdays. However, it's also not overcrowded on weekends. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
In Laborie Bay, there is a good choice of basic guesthouses with rooms' fares starting from US$60 per night. This is a great alternative to most other St. Lucia beaches being dedicated to expensive beachfront resorts!

How to get there [edit]
 Fly to
Hewanorra international airport (UVF) or fly to
Castries regional airport (SLU). Next hire a taxi.
