Nanuya Levu island

Nanuya Levu (Turtle Island) is a private island in the Yasawa group in Fiji. Famous "The Blue Lagoon" movie with Brooke Shields was filmed here in 1980. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Turtle Island Resort is a very expensive hotel even by the Fijian standards. Surprisingly, it's poorly presented in international reservation systems. However, room's rate include food, all kinds of entertainment and even seaplane flight from the main island.

Each bungalow has its own private beach. However, the beaches in general are far from the best in the World.

Fly to Nadi International Airport (NAN). Next get by the hotel's plane.

When to go [edit]

The best time in Fiji is a dry season from May to November. However, the rest of time it's not so bad here: sea water is warmer, no crowd, and it's not too rainy anyway.
