Semaphore is the northernmost beach of Adelaide in Australia. Most of the coast is nice, but the sand is often covered by seaweed washed up from the water. There is an Amusement Park nearby. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Adelaide International Airport (ADL). Next take a bus # N254 to the Stop 45 - Semaphore Rd. You may also get to the Stop 44 - Military Rd located 200 meters off the beach (routes 157, 157X, 333, 652, A017).

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Adelaide is a warm period from December to March.
