Zhanpovel is a private beach to the southwest of Vlora resort town in Albania. Swimming in clear water is comfortable, if you don't mind pebbly sea bottom. Snorkeling is good as well. It is possible to get here from Vlora by public or by private boat. Both sunbeds rentals, as well as cafe are very expensive by the Albanian standards.
