Ashwem beach

Ashwem is one of the most secluded beaches in the North Goa. There are even a lot of palms ashore, making it being something like the blessed Palolem. During the low tide sea water goes far away, exposing small rocks with mini pools around them. Ashvem is the most expensive beach in North Goa, but on the other hand it is one of the most beautiful. Ashwem hotels are rather expensive. But it is worth to pay for some unique options located right on the scenic palm beach. Please pay attention to the area, where located resorts of Leela Cottages, Sunset Ashram and Shiva Cottages.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Goa international airport - Dabolim (GOI). Next hire a taxi (one hour drive) or take a bus connecting in Mapusa.

However, the bus stop is located on the road - 1.5 km from Ashvem beach. You may walk this distance about 20-25 minutes or just get by taxi.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a holiday on Ashvem beach in Goa is a dry season from November to April.
