Chaan Talay beach

Chaan Talay is a private beach in the south-east of Thailand. This is an upscale resort. So everything looks beautiful and manicured. There are many shaded trees, while problem of strong low tides is not quite that critical. The hotel usually is not crowded. So you'll have the beach almost entirely to yourself. Centara Chaan Talay Resort & Villas Trat is a four-star property with rooms' rates starting from US$70 per night. The hotel is a little run down, while their service is not the best. But for the price, it is still a great option.

Fly to Pattaya International Airport (UTP). Next get by taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in the east of Thailand is a dry season from November to April.
