Chau Me 2 beach

Chau Me 2 is a great beach in the northern suburbs of Hoai Tan town, Vietnam. Most of the coastline is wild. And only in the north of the beach, there are cafes with cheap seafood, as well as scenic rocks in the water and hill with good hiking. There are a lot of trees everywhere. So this is an almost perfect beach. Unfortunately, there are just a few palms. In addition, swimming is comfortable only from June to August. Hotels [edit]

Hoàng Gia Hotel, Tien Vuong hotel and Lavender Tan Thanh Hotel mini resort are the major properties with rooms' fares starting from US$15 per night. These are located a little to the south of Chau Me 2 beach and not within a walking distance from it. However, you may use cheap Grab taxi service to travel everywhere around.

Foreign visitors should choose decent hotels with 24-hour reception. Since small guesthouses may refuse to register your passport in the border authorities. Please note, that without that registration, you don't have the right to stay for more than one night in the given hotel.

Fly to Da Nang International Airport (DAD). Next hire a taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in Hoai Tan is a dry season from January to August.
