Diapela beach

Diapela is a beach in the north of Palawan island, Philippines. It's a beautiful place with great sunsets and with friendly locals. There is a cafe at the hotel, as well as several shops. The only problem is a very bad dusty road to get here over the hill. On the other hand, this is the reason, why there are just a few tourists here. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Fisherman's Cottage El Nido is a beachfront guesthouse. The service is not perfect. But value for money is great anyway.

Fly to Puerto Princesa airport (PPS). Next hire a taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in Palawan island is a dry season from January to May.
