Elysian beach
Ultimate guide (June 2026)
Elysian is a hotel beach in
St. Thomas island, US Virgin Islands. The beach is too small for this big resort, but at least beautiful. Unfortunately, there is a problem of algae starting from about 2015 and later, and it will only get worse due to the global warming. The hotel tries to remove algae from coastline, but it still floats in the water. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
Club Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort is a 4-star property with rooms' rates starting from US$400 per night. It is a good hotel, but totally overpriced. However, some rooms can be rented from private owners - sometimes with great discounts.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
St. Thomas airport (STT). Next take a taxi.
When to go [edit]
Feel free to relax in St. Thomas island any time of year. Summer half of the year is a low season due to the risk of hurricanes. But the weather is usually very good even during this period.
