Elysian beach

Elysian is a hotel beach in St. Thomas island, US Virgin Islands. The beach is too small for this big resort, but at least beautiful. Unfortunately, there is a problem of algae starting from about 2015 and later, and it will only get worse due to the global warming. Club Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort is a 4-star property with rooms' rates starting from US$400 per night. It is a good hotel, but totally overpriced. However, some rooms can be rented from private owners - sometimes with great discounts.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to relax in St. Thomas island any time of year. Summer half of the year is a low season due to the risk of hurricanes. But the weather is usually very good even during this period.
