Fangchenggang White Beach

Fangchenggang is the westernmost beach in China. This is quite a decent beach by the standards of mainland China. Of course, this is not a real tropical paradise, but it's quite Ok just to swim. The main problem is that the coastline is too wide. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

White Beach hotels are not presented in international booking systems. The choice is much better in Fangchenggang city - with rooms' rates starting from US$40 per night.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Nanning international airport (NNG). Next get by taxi for about 4 hours.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in the south-west of China is April and October-November. The main problem is that the summer is a rainy season (from May to September), while it is too cold in winter (from December to March).
