Ganh Do beach

Ganh Do is a long beach in the north of Tuy Hoa region, Vietnam. In the north end, there is a village with palms and hotels. But if you move further to the south, there will be mostly wild coast with occasional cafes. Most of the coastline is depressive looking more like a "local" beach full of trash. However, few pretty beach areas are still available. In addition, there are usually no waves. So this is a great place for swimming with small children. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

La Maison Gành Đỏ is a beachfront resort with rooms' fares starting from US$70 per night. The hotel is good enough, but slightly overpriced by the Vietnamese standards. There are also several cheap guesthouses near Ganh Do beach.

Fly to Nha Trang international airport (CXR). Next get by taxi.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Tuy Hoa is a dry season from January to August.
