Kavala-Batis beach

Kavala-Batis is a beach in the south of Kavala city in Greece. There is some entrance fee. But the place is still overcrowded, because this is the best beach in the area. If not the crowd, it would be much better :) However, views are scenic, while the swimming is good as well. The sand is perfect due to the daily cleanups. There are no hotels near Batis beach, but campsite only. As for now, it is possible to camp only with a small tent, but no caravans! The nearest hotels are located in Kavala. Moreover, you can find options located within a walking distance from Batis beach.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Thessaloniki international airport (SKG). Next hire a taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in Greece is a warm period from July to August.
