is a beach in the west of Saona island, Dominican Republic
. The views are scenic, since this is a real tropical paradise with palms. The water is also clear with a comfortable bottom and without algae. Unfortunately, the service is very poor. Daily tour from Bayahibe starts from US$100 per person. In most cases, for the money you will get just a sunbed and cheap rum with cola. Shore and seabed: sand.
There are no hotels near the beach of Playa Palmera. So it's almost impossible to spend a night in this beautiful place. However, there is nothing to do here when the darkness falls.
How to get there

There is also good bus transport system in the country. We recommend Caribe Tours
companies. Buses are brand new, and travel from one end of the country to another will cost about $10.

) when traveling around the country.
When to go
Feel free to relax in Dominicana any time of year. The sea is warmest in summer, but the heat is the most intense as well. And there is also a hurricane season from June to October. On the other side, the winter weather is more comfortable, but seawater at the northern coast is too cold that time.
