Rocchette beach

Rocchette is a beach being one of the most remoted in the suburbs of Grosseto, Tuscany. Sea water is very clean, and there is an excellent view of the castle to the west. The only downside is that, it is very shallow. Therefore, this is rather a place for young children. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Near the beach of Rocchette, there are several hotels with room's rates starting from US$70. However, most of accommodation options are about US$200-300 per night, thus being very overpriced.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Pisa international airport (PSA). Take a train to the Central railway station of Pisa, next take a train to Grosseto. Then get by bus to the stop of Castiglione Rocchette Parcheggio Mare - route 0c1.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Rocchette is a warm season in the summer half of the year.
