Santa Fe beach

Santa Fe is a beach in the northern Honduras. The town is small and has little to offer for tourists. However, there is a pier and cafes. There are also several fishing villages to the west. You can walk there along the coastline to watch the local life. As for the east, there is Banana Beach hotel followed by a pleasant wild coast. There are many trees and palms everywhere. However, the place is not looks upscale. Since no any kind of cleanups are made. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Banana Beach Resort is the only real beachfront property in the district. It is located in the east of Santa Fe. You can also find few cheap guesthouses. However, these are without private beach.

Fly to La Ceiba international airport (LCE). Next take a taxi.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday on the Caribbean coast of Honduras is a dry season from March to August.
