There are several hotels (quite cheap by Singapore standards) near the beach.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). Ferry from Singapore (Merah Ferry Terminal) to Batam (Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal) takes 25 minutes each way and costs SGD 23 for the round-trip.

When to go [edit]

We recommend not to visit Batam island during the wet season (from November to January).
