Hai Duong beach

Hai Duong is the second central beach of Hue town, Vietnam. Unlike the neighboring Thuan An beach, it's not so crowded. Most of cafes are located on the east end of the beach - near breakwaters. It is possible to swim there in the lagoon, even when waves are strong almost everywhere else. But when sea is calm, you'll have all the great long natural beach with pine trees and sand dunes. You may also just walk along beautiful coastline or along breakwaters to the lighthouse. There is occasional trash coming from the sea. But it's not a real problem. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

An homestay biển Quảng Công Huế is a great guesthouse with rooms' fares starting from US$60 per night. They are located in the west end of Hai Duong beach. It is the only accommodation option within a walking distance from this beach.

Fly to Da Nang International Airport (DAD). Next hire a taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday in Hue is a dry season from January to August.
