Hotels [edit]

Near the beach, there are few hotels including some very budget options. However, it makes sense to stay in the Old town of Taormina. The choice of accommodation options is much better there, main attractions are much closer, while the beach itself is still located just nearby. However, from the Old Town, it is possible to reach the beach only by a funicular - for 6 euros per person.

Fly to Catania-Fontanarossa International Airport (CTA). Next take a "regionale" train to the Taormina Old Town.
