There is a good choice of small cozy hotels with a private beach. Prices are not the cheapest, but quite reasonable. Probably this place has the best value for money in the country.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Lima International Airport (LIM). Next take a bus following to the north in the direction of Mancora town. You may also take a domestic flight to Tumbes, and next get by bus to Las Pocitas.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in the north of Peru is a period from February to April, when the sea water is warmest.
