Los Morros beach

Los Morros is a southern beach of La Boquilla town in suburbs of Cartagena, Colombia. Compared to beaches located further to the north, this one is much more better. Expensive high-rise hotels have many palms and manicured beachfront area. Unfortunately, it is still not quite safe, when you move outside the resorts. Holiday Inn Cartagena Morros by IHG is a 4-star beachfont resort with rooms' rates starting from about US$100 per night. This is probably the best value for money, if you want to stay on the beach not too far away from Cartagena Old Town.

Fly to Cartagena international airport (CTG). Then get by bus or by taxi.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to relax any time of year on the beaches of Cartagena, Columbia. There is no pronounced rainy season, while sea water is always warm.
